[5e OGL] Attribute name fo the skills proficiency checkbox

As the title says what's the attribute name for the checkbox next to skills denoting proficiency in the skill. I have done the usual right click inspect but there doesn't seem to be an attribute name I can find associated with the checkbox. Thanks in advance for any help.

This gives the right values for the skill bonuses when I toggle the proficiency on/off with ChatSettAttr but does not tick the checkbox. Is there anyway to get the checkbox to tick as well as the value changing? EDIT: I found a pretty roundabout way of getting the checkbox but it's quite clunky if anyone has a better way of doing it.
