Roll20 Unable To Load

I have a player who has been in a campaign, but suddenly as of today, they are unable to log in. They use Google Chrome, the only hint we've had to what is wrong is, instead of the black bar at the top of the main screen (that shows marketplace, wiki, etc), they get a blue-underlined set of hyperlinks instead. Google Chrome has been Deleted and Reinstalled Java has been Deleted and Reinstalled Nothing new has been installed on their system recently. Their system is protected by ESET, and setting specific -and general - exceptions is no assistance.

That sounds like a possible connection issue. I got that when the connection I had was lagging real bad. Can they open their console log when they are trying to log in and get a copy of it as the mods sometimes ask for that.
It seems as if load times have drasticlly increased in the last two weeks or so. Is there an issue that is being worked on? As of today, January 14 myself and three others on seperate computers have been waiting almost 20 minutes for a screen to load.

We've had a few minor server hiccups over the last few days. You can check the status of the roll20 servers here: http://status.roll20.net/ As for the person who can't log in, can you say more about what exactly is happening? Are they getting an error message saying the password is wrong or is it something else? Could they paste the contents of their console log here? If they need instructions on how to do it, it's Step 4 on this page.
