You should try it as well.
You could also chill out and be patient, you act like they aren't aware or that Roll20 is gonna be gone forever. Just a suggestion, all the cool kids do it.

It was vague whether Jake W was actually going to use his pro status to get an admins attention or if he was just making a joke but either way you need to relax it's just a virtual tabletop. BTW the admins are aware and are working on a fix, apparently it has something to do with Firebase. Edit: It would appear the problem has been solved.
What does my pro status have to do with anything? I'm not special dude, I just pay for a few extra perks, sheesh.

This issue should be cleared up for all involved. If you are still having issues, please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 , posting your results in a new thread. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
