Failure to load into games on Roll20

Hey there. Me and a couple friends are having issues logging into any of our games here on Roll20, it tries to connect but then just gets stuck on "loading" and black screen. Site works fine except for when trying to log into games. We located in 4 different countries and have tried all the basic stuff to make sure it isn't on our end. Anyone that can help or shed light on this issue? Regards MinarasL

If you are still having issues, please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 , posting your results in a new thread. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
