[5e OGL] Customise the chat result from a macro

I wan to create a macro that rolls for my players portent abilities and want it to show like the D&D attributes messages;

Those are Roll Templates. The easiest thing to do would be to roll one, then push up to load what it output into the chat box, then copy it to an external editor and make copies for each character and edit it to reference the right character and whisper to the GM, then copy the whole shebang back into a macro.
