Macro help with numbers alignment

Any way i can keep these numbers aligned, to stay a square? The double digits is throwing me out of whack. The ghost in the machine pointed out to me that you could use Stylish to set the inline rolls to a uniform min-width that would give you the elusive grid you want. Each of your players would need to install it and the styles, but it would be a solution.
