Journal/Monster Manual issues

Excuse me if i sound a bit pissed off, but this has been bugging me for a while. Monsters that are copied from the monster manual into my game apparently cease to exist after a little while. Any monster that came from the built in monster manual and copied to my journal are usable for a while, but cant be dragged back into the game. The only tokens that are reliable are ones that I create and edit myself. I really dont appreciate operating under the assumption that I WONT have to copy paste a bunch of info i already have prepared in the middle of the game.

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
