[LFG] LGBT-Friendly: Where to Start?

Hello, I just signed up roll20 and completely at a loss for where to start. I went through the tutorial on how to use the game app but I'm still feeling a little lost. I've played Dungeons and Dragons twice in my life and I really want to get back into. If anyone has any suggestions or has an LGBT group that needs another player, I'd grateful. Nadya

There are more players than there are GMs, so you will have a great deal of competition when it comes to finding a game here. But if you find a description you like in this forum or the "Find Games to Join" screen ( https://app.roll20.net/lfg/search/ ) , just ask if the game is LGBT friendly or not. How they react will give you your answer. Good luck.
Thank you very much for the information! I'll have to try that.
This thread is starting to derail from a Looking For Game listing so this is your reminder to keep off topic non Roll20 discussions off the forums, thank you. I've deleted the off topic posts to help keep the thread on track. As for Nadya, the fastest way to find an LGBT friendly-game (and I sincerely hope all games on Roll20 are, and I quote here our LFG guidelines " A note on inclusivity... All LFG posts should be in the spirit of, "our group is open to players of all genders". "), is to use the LFG tool, find games and just get a feel for it from the listing itself (they'll sometimes be conveniently tagged) or just outright ask as bblackmoor said. For your post, we recommend you follow this template for the best results: Example LFG Forum Listing Your Post Title: Who (GM or player), System, Date, Time, Timezone Examples:LFP (Looking for Players) D&D 4E - June 15th, 2015 @ 7pm PT LFG (Looking for Game) Dungeon World - Tues & Weds after 8pm PT Your Post Body: Expand on the Title information and give greater insight into your GM style and preferred way to play, making sure to adhere to the Code of Conduct . It is recommended that you DO NOT share your player invite link in this public forum. Good luck out there, we hope you find the perfect game :)
Thank you, Alex! I hope they are and I'll keep looking. :)
dnd is for everyone. That's the whole point of dnd. No one cares if you're lgbt, purple, or half-orc.
