D&D 3.5 Attack Macro Error

When I click any attack button the "hitting AC" in chat shows 0 no matter what the roll was. I'd like to figure out the problem.

It would be helpful if we could see screen shots of the out put, in particular what shows up when you mouse-over the zero, as well as how the attack is set up. First pass without seeing anything:  the weapon enhancement bonus, focus, specialize, etc should not have a plus symbol (+) in front of the number, neither should the BAB.  That causes the calculations to break since the computer does not know what to do with a ++.
