Do characters transfer between campaigns?

Just wondering if a character that is formed in one campaign (stats, macros, etc. added) can be saved and transfered to another campaign.  I haven't seen anything in the tutorials or help section about this. Does anyone know/has anyone tried it?
I don't think you can do that.  There's been a few requests for some kind of character library, but actually does that yet.
Thanks for letting me know. Guess I'll just copy and paste everything elsewhere and load it into the new campaign.
If you're creating a new campaign, you can use the Copy/Extend campaign button on the old campaign to copy Characters, maps, even chat messages.
Thanks Riley. If there is a new GM (and therefore the campaign isn't being copied/extended), is there any way to copy characters to that new campaign? I've noticed the archive function on the character page, but am not entirely sure what all that allows for.

Erebor:  The archive function's purpose is to put files 'out of sight' until you desire them. Currently, there is no way to copy characters from one campaign to another without copying the campaign.  - Gauss
It would be fantastic to have a character library so I could run my characters in campaigns run by different GMs and/or have a template character I could start with and edit (something that already had macros and abilities all written up).
