Mutual Freezing

I am playing a game right now with 2 other people with myself as GM.  When one of my players joined the session, it froze my screen but voice chat remained responsive.  I logged out, cleared my cache, disabled all extensions including flash, closed my browser and then logged back in and then it froze his screen and I can't hear him through voice chat.  He then did the same: logged out, cleared cache and disabled extensions, and then logged back in and it froze my screen.  We have been going back and forth like this for about half an hour trying different things with no different results.  My computer is relatively new and I am using Google Chrome.  If I open other tabs, they work fine, so it can't be my internet connection.  I am only posting this because I am completely stumped about what might be causing this.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
I figured out what it is. My fiance and i play side by side on our desktops. At the time when my 1st moments of freezing began it was just me. During a session however she decided to upgrade to latest version of chrome and now hers is freezing as well. Chrome seems to be the issue.
