Huion Drawing Tablet issues with roll20

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone else has gotten a Huion pen tablet to work correctly with the roll20 freehand drawing feature. For some reason I can only draw dots when tapping my Huion and dragging does not register into a "paint stroke" and doesnt actually draw a line etc. The tablet work fines with pretty much any other drawing program. Thanks!

Just tested my Huion Tablet and it seems to work fine.

I am not familiar with these tablets, but what browser are you using on it? Firefox and Chrome are the only officially supported browsers for Roll20.

Not Huion, but I'm having the same problem with my cintiq ^^;; I used to be able to draw just fine, but now it doesn't register at all?

I would suggest following the standard troubleshooting steps and post details and console logs in a post on the Bug Reports forum .

Anyone yet figure this out? Having same problem!

Apparently it's not a Huion problem exclusively so hopefully someone from roll20 is looking into it

As Rabulias said a few weeks ago, please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
