Gray background is boring

I was wondering, how can i adjust online role play to orginal game that we play at the table with candles etc. I darkened my monitor light, prepared nice background and climatic music. I zoomed screen to see only my background. But i couldnt do it perfectly. No matter how did i set up this zoom, there was always gray stripes of orignal roll. There is a possibilty to change this background? Fe. for woodens desk in inn, with some food, ale etc. Sorry for bad english :)

Try enlarging your Page Size so you have larger margins around your map. This helps with the zoom-ability. Set the background color to something you like (maybe black, or dark brown). Then try putting some background images of your own, or from Google, or Roll20 Marketplace. I'll give an excellent link below for making table-like backdrops. Docs to help, https://wiki.roll20.net/Page_Settings#Page_Size https://wiki.roll20.net/Page_Settings#Background How to make Table backgrounds with Candles etc: https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/721/vile... The grey hatch background will still exist, but with larger margins in your Page Size, you can control the zoom and panning to not see the light grey sections, and only to see your background color or simulated table with candles.
