I had someone that I intended to be Taz respond to Otto earlier (8th tweet on the original list). I wonder was I wrong, or does she have multiple Twitter accounts? I'm convinced she's uh, leet enough for the latter, and probably more.
She runs all of her accounts through a single instance of a social media manager that LOOKS like tweetdeck but isn't. "South Korean app store" is all she says. All the @mentions and replies (And, in fact follows) from each account compile into a single homogenized display of the content, and the reply function has been set to automatically come from whatever account 'saw' the post first. There is no apparent system for which account does what; four accounts that are obviously Taz follow Leo. Three others you've located (one by accident) do not. Two of those are set private. Six others have you actively blocked.
You suspect she also runs a couple tweet bots. One reformats tweets with 17 syllables into haiku. The other one retweets any recipe that involves eggplant, but substitutes in the words DEADLY NIGHTSHADE.
