Two questions

I have my subscription on one card and I want to make a purchase on another, different card. Is that possible or no? When I tried to purchase it just said it was going to automatically charge the card with the supscription. Additionally, on a totally unrelated line of thinking, is there a way to add a GIF as a token? I'm setting up a game with multiple map layers, one of which being a galaxy map, and I thought it would be really cool to add radar blips as markers for ships.
