Problem with Spellcasting Monsters and the Character Vault

I have a game that I keep empty and design character tokens from (NPC check box checked).  From there, I export the token so that it can be used in any games I DM (a monster manual of tokens, if you will). However, I have noticed that tokens that have spells with rolls attached (e.g. Sacred Flame, Spiritual Weapon, Fire Bolt) do not port over correctly.  When I attempt to cast these spells in another game, I get something like: KvixO47IIGFQ_QhJj4b|repeating_attack_-KvixlVWRZTalYx86dDE_attack The spells still works in the original game and only gets messed up after exporting to a different game.  It will even work on the original game if I export it and import it into the same game.   It seems to only affect spells that require dice rolls (to hit rolls or damage rolls).
if these items are usings a token id that would change with each game or use. it would be best to set the spells up in each game or change the macro @selected|token something like that and link the token to a sheet. i use a token action api to generate actions based off the sheet.  failing that i would venture a guess that the spell or macro mayn need updating with each copy.
