Lost mines of Phandelver : token / character sheet link?

Hi all, since ages I decided to be a GM again. To make it easy for me I purchased lost mines of Phandelver. My problem is I created an additional map (goblin ambush) and put some Goblin tokens on it. Is there a way to create an individual charactersheet for each goblin? Or is it the standard way of doing things to select a token(goblin 1,goblin 2...) and from the general goblin character sheet make the rolls for each? For example for initiative I roll and then have to manually put the numbers in the initiative tracker for each goblin. can I set the monster rolls from whisper to GM to be shown in general chat? I there a kind of switch for all of them?  Thanks & greetings from Switzerland!

You wouldn't want to create an individual character sheet for each mook.  It would quickly eat up resources and slow your game down. As for initiative for each token, you select the token you want to roll for and then hit the Initiative button to roll for that token (not the character).  Even if you don't name them goblin 1, goblin 2, etc you can mouse over them in the turn tracker and see which token it represents.  (I highly recommend numbering them though, easier for players to say which one they are interacting with in combat.) You could also set up a macro to roll Initiative rather than rolling from the character sheet.
