Not sure if its a bug

But I feel like roll 20 rolls dupe numbers a lot.  The amount I've seen in my time playing 5e and blades in the dark it just feels like duplicate numbers are excessively common.  I've seen someone roll 4 17's in a row.  And ya I get it rng chance stuff but at the same time this isn't a closed off incident.  Its very common from what I've seen to roll the same numbers on an advantage roll or in blades when you roll 2d6 for 3 rolls in a row there were dupes.  Which is more likely on a d6 but that many times seems odd.  I am just wondering if there is something under the hood that tends the rolls to not be isolated from each other.

The QuantumRoll page of the Roll20 Wiki is definitely worth checking out. QuantumRoll is actually more random than physical dice .
