This is done under the new Game Addons interface, on your Game Details page (the home page of your game, outside the tabletop). Look down on that page, beneath where you set the Next Game Time, there will be a drop-down section that says "Game Addons", and any Marketplace purchased card decks will appear in there, to select for adding it to that game. Once you add it like that, you will find the decks under the Collections (Macros) Tab, as well as a set of Instructions under the Handouts (set for only the GM to see it).
