I have a group that I would normally be playing D&D 5e with every Friday night. For a while now we've been missing games left and right, people haven't been showing up, and so on. So I'm looking for a group to play with, or maybe even to run a game. I'm like to leave Friday's from about 4 PM (EST) on open, but otherwise I am pretty much open to play whenever. 18+ group I suppose. I tend to cuss without thinking. My timezone is EST. I don't have a camera but I'm good with Skype or Discord for voice chat. As of right now I'm most familiar with D&D 5e and have been running a lot of games in a homebrew world I've come up with. If I end up running a new group I'd be most comfortable with that setting, but I can work with other worlds, just won't be as familiar. I also and no good at running a game from a book. Tried it a few times and it just didn't feel right. Back in the day I played Pathfinder, and I played a little of D&D 3.5e and 4e, but again that was a while ago. I tried to run a game of Urban Shadows which went well until we started to skip game nights and I lost track of what was going on. I've played a few other RPGs. I'm open to trying new games. I wouldn't mind giving Starfinder or 7th Sea a try. I also cannot remember what all games are sanctioned on this site and which ones aren't so if I posted about one of them I apologize. As far as story vs combat, I like both but I tend to enjoy story more.
