Roll20 Video Freezing

I'm consistently having issues when using Roll20 during our Friday night sessions. The symptoms: Every 20 seconds or so, I get 2-3 player's video freezing. So I click reconnect and it works for another 20 seconds or less, then they freeze again. Troubleshooting: We've tried using both Chrome and Firefox, updating both. We've tested hardware acceleration on/off, changing quality within Roll20 for the cameras, and testing other people's connections for host. Nothing. It just keeps happening. I recently wiped my entire PC and tried it again. Nothing. Just keeps freezing their cams every 5-20 seconds.  My internet speed is not the issue. It's 275 down, 15 up. The host for the session is 9 down, 1 up. Not an issue. Everyone else has around the same as he does.  So I beg the question, am I missing something? Or is it just a lost cause?
