can not put down tokens or maps

every time i want to place a token or map they dont show up when i click and drag

Are you dragging out of the art library web search on the right sidebar or are they ones that you're dragging from your desktop? Also are you able to see maps in tokens in other campaigns? Can any of your players see the items you've put down in your campaign?

I'm having the same problem. I tried the small list of directions on the troubleshooting page, alas I came here to see if there were any other reports of the same problem. I haven't tried them on another campaign yet, and I am refraining from having any players until the campaigns are finished. I'll add another post in a few minutes, after I try the tokens on my other campaign.
