[5e Shaped 15.5.9] spell save DC and spell attack are missing the ability score modifier

First time completing a character sheet, and the values for spell save DC and spell attack are missing the ability score modifier.  Only the proficiency modifier has been added to both values.  When I go to the Attributes and Abilities tab, I can see that the formula does not include the ability score modifier for these values.  What have I missed in completing the character sheet?

What character sheet are you using?

5e Shaped (15.5.9) When I added the spells from the library, the attack rolls included the correct ability score modifier.

15.5.9 is quite different from 17.0.0. This could be the same issue as linked above, but I expect that this issue would've been raised quite a while ago. Penanghill, please open an issue on the issue tracker above. See the link above for an example image that captures the issue well.
