5E Homebrew Sunday nights GMT+1

Edited 1515420314
Hi every one, I'm Stephen. I am looking to organise a 5e homebrew game for Sunday nights about once a fortnight/ once every 3 weeks. This would be my first roll 20 session, although I have been playing 5e for about a year, and I'm currently dming in 3 of the 5 games I am involved in. In regards to how I run my game I love feedback. If you think I can do something better, just let me know... I don't bite (much...and no chance of becoming a vampire....promise) Everyone is welcome in my games. Regardless of sex, gender, race, experience and bank balance. Here is the back ground of my campaign: Background The God Titus (the Father of order and mercy) and the Goddess Meristophenes (the Mother of chaos and war) created the world that is Calandria. They ruled the heavens jointly for thousands of years until Titus abandoned the heavens and his people never to be seen again. For the last 50 years Calandria has been ruled by lords who seek to gain the Godess’s favour by conquering and causing disruption to the land. The land is split between followers of the Father and the Mother, and those who reject the Gods altogether. When Titus abandoned his heavenly throne, his priesthood lost all magical power and tried to flee while his followers have been persecuted by the Goddess’s warriors who flocked to her banner carrying her sigil. Any other questions, just let me know!
What would be the time of start? Weekly game? Bi-weekly? Monthly?
Hi there, I'm pretty flexible. Probably around 8pm , but again it could be before or after. Ideally I would say once every 3/4 weeks, but again, I'm happy to be driven by the players on this one. Happy to start as soon as we have 4-5 players
Hi, I would be interested in joining this. Just got a few questions when you say 8 pm is that GMT+1, so 7 pm GMT? How long would the session be? Are you willing to take people with little DnD experience (currently playing a small homebrew with some friends, and that's my experience)?
Hi there, So yes you are absolutely right. 8pm my time is 7 GMT. I would expect the sessions to be anywhere between 2-3 hours. I only started playing D&D a year ago, and now Im dming 3 games and involved in 5 in total, so new players completely welcome. Mechanics are quite easy to learn, and am happy to give guidance. As soon as we get 4 players or so I'm happy to start.
Please sign me up :)
Welcome aboard. Send me a quick email to calandriacampaign@gmail.com, and I'll send you all the bits and pieces, as soon as we have 3 more players, as well as arranging a session zero day!
Hi! I'd like to join. I have very little experience with the game (I DM'ed a one shot) and had a lot of fun but I'd like to find a concurring group of players for 5e. Im from Spain so the timezone is completely up my alley.
HI there welcome aboard...You are the second person who is in, we just need 2 more. Send me a quick hi to calandriacampaign@gmail.com, and once we have everyone, I can send you all the info..and we can organise a session zero!
Sounds like fun, Id be down for joining. hit me up on discord so we can chat about the game and character ideas. my discord is blackheart #8167
HI Josh, I will create a discord group once we get one more player, and have our full roster. Send me an email to calandriacampaign@gmail.com, and once we have our last player, I'll send you all the info, we can set up a session zero, and begin. Welcome aboard!
Hi I would like to join as well. I played a bit of 3.5 but besides that I'm a newb. GMT+1 is perfect for me, English is not my first language so I don't know if that will be a problem.
Hi Boris welcome aboard. Don't worry about the English I'm sure it will be fine.. Please send me an email to calandriacampaign@gmail.com and we can start organising our session zero
Hi, am I too late to get involved with this? Total tabletop gaming newbie but keen to get stuck in. I live in the UK so the time works really well for me and it sounds like an intriguing campaign.
Hi, do you still have room for more players? Looking for a group to play, I got a good understanding of the basic rules, and played a couple of one-shots. Hence, I've got a lot to learn. My time zone is EST(GMT -5), the current time works well for me, but any earlier would be cutting it close.
