so I was filling out a 5e sheet for a kobold rogue. Somehow last night my perception was 3 today I got asked why it was so high and turns out it was glitched to 259,413 and it wont reset back to normal me and the dm have no idea how to get it back to normal

Have you tried going to the attribute and ability tab on the journal (3rd tab) and scrolling down the list of attributes to find the perception entry? If you find it can you try changing it there or deleting it then reentering the number on the character sheet?
