[3.5] Attack Calc. and Full Attack HELP!

I'm preparing my D & D 3.5 character sheet on roll20 and I saw that in the weapon section there are 2 types of roll to attack, one called "Attack calc Macro" and the other "Full Attack Macro", I wanted to know: which is the difference between these 2 rolls?

The full attack macro simply outputs the outcome of 4 attack rolls and any resultant damage but incorporates the various BaB values needed for each iterative attack. If you choose 'no' in the full attack prompt of that macro it will behave the same as the normal attack macro however. You could easily mirror this by using the normal attack macro and on the second attack put -5 into the prompt for additional 'bonus', -10 in the third attack and -15 in the 4th... the full macro just saves the bother and you can just take or leave the rolls that don't apply :)
