Polearm Master Macro? 5e

So I have the Sneak attack 'macro' set up as is like this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HNQpNa6fjTY Is there a way to do the same for the butt attack of polearm master? The main difference being the butt end has its own attack roll and I cannot figure out how to do it. Even if it rolled the attack and damage after one click I would be fine with that. Any help or other answers to this problem would be greaaatly appreciated!

Just create a macro for the butt attack and follow the rest of the video. 1d4 damage for that attack.
Thats what I'm trying to do, but the second attack has its own damage roll and I cannot get it to roll a d20 + pb and strength and then the d4 + strength.
You should use a different roll template then. I would recommend the atkdmg (Attack & Damage) template
