I allowed my players to import characters, and when one of them imported her character, it showed up under the adventure. How do I add it to PCs?

There should be a handle on the left side of the character in the journal that you can use to drag it where you want it. Don't forget to assign the imported character to its player, as by default it won't have any controlling player.
