Hello Everyone, As the administrator of this Fate community, I’d be remiss if I didn’t have some plans for running some Fate games in 2018. Unfortunately, I’m full up on gaming at this time, with playing as a player in two games (one Fate, the other Blue Rose AGE), and running two games. But I’m planning on running some Fate this year when I get the time. Possibly some one shots (2 - 6 sessions) like last year. The shorter games (~2 session games) were my “How to Play/GM Fate” sessions. How many folks are interested in resurrecting those tutorials? Scheduling would most probably be on a Wednesday or Friday, 6:30PM PST (GMT-8), as those are my “go to” days of the week and start time. Anyone interested? I also am planning to run another Dresden Files Accelerated game, a Star Wars Jedi Librarians game (surviving Order 66 and the attack on the Jedi Temple), and Battle: Seattle (a military game set during the alien invasion as presented in the film Battle: Los Angeles). Those are still in the planning stages and would be more investment to present than the “How to Play/GM Fate” games. When I’m ready to run them, I’ll announce them on the 2018 One Shots, Mini-Campaigns and Longer Campaigns Game Listing . I urge everyone to jump in a GM a Fate game, even just a one-shot to get your feet wet and get more folks, new and old, exposed to Fate. Let me know what you think. /Matt
