Game loading and image upload problems

I hope someone can suggest a fix for me, I seem to be having a bunch of issues with roll20 right now. The first one being that when I go into the game it shows a black screen for almost 5 minutes until it starts to finally load up. Also I can not upload any images from my computer and into a handout or the art library. All of the images I try to upload are less than 5mb. Another issue is that I can see images I have already put up, or pictures that my players have uploaded for their character. This has been happening for the past few days, and I have changed browser, and it does the same thing on Firefox and Chrome. I had disabled adblock, and cleared my cache for both browsers, but images still won't load up. Just recently I made a new account to see if it will work in there, and I was able to upload an image. I'm guessing it's something wrong with my account, but I'm not sure where to start to fix it. Any suggestion are welcome.

some users are reporting the same exact thing try creating a whole new page when you load into the game move the player bar to that page and see if this behavior still happens. Then i would update this thread.  1 Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser 2 Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 3 Step 3: Clear your cache 4 Step 4: Provide a bug report i see you already tried chrome and firefox what version of these are you using.  i see you also cleared your cache Have you captured a console log (step 4) after it finally loads for each browser if you did feel free to use the code options and copy paste them into a post.

i would it would help the DEV sort of the cause. then simply remove the page and move on.
