Drag and Drop from Compendium not working - SRD5 Character Sheet

When we first started the game, I was able to drag and drop items from the compendium into my character sheet "Dagger", "Leather Armor", etc.&nbsp; Then the next week, I wasn't able to.&nbsp; There are 6 players in our campaign and of those 6, 2 are able to drag and drop now, and 4 (including me) cannot.&nbsp; The DM also was able to drag and drop onto some players, but not all. Even more interesting is that same night, and w/out any refresh, I had earlier drag and dropped a hand crossbow to my sheet and it worked fine, deleted it, then an hour later tried again, but now it failed. see if your sheet is set to simple otherwise&nbsp; follow&nbsp; 1 Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser 2 Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 3 Step 3: Clear your cache 4 Step 4: Provide a bug report

Bump this.&nbsp;One particular character sheet wont drag and drop spells it says the right things, but nothing is added. The sheet is not popped out I am using osx 10.13.3 with the newest chrome browser w/ clear cache, no antivirus or extensions, java enabled, and I've also giving control of the sheet to two different players who can't drag/drop spells either. Copying the sheet didn't work BUT making a new sheet and copying the stats over to the new sheet manually was a work around. Any help/insight into this would be great! I didn't even know you could do that with Items! where do you drop them? (specifically) I wanna try it, and I wanna try doing it the proper way. I am not sure if the Tutorial even covered this.

I think you just look up the item in the compendium and literally drag and drop anywhere onto the 5e character sheet and it should put it in the correct spot.
