Unable to drag out token.

Greetings! I've been playing on roll20 now for a few months, and ever since the start of the game, I am unable to drag out my token unlike everyone else in the game. When I drag my  character, nothing shows up on the board. My DM has checked permissions, made sure I am in control of it, and has also removed and re-added my token and image several times. I've tried clicking and dragging from the name, the 3 lines that show up next to the name and from the avatar. Same issues. Looking for any help on this matter =)

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site.  For the record, you drag to the table from the name :) Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, starting from table loading through your attempts to drag & drop your token!) Thank you!

Are you dragging from the Journal tab? In the image above (thank you!) it makes it seem as though you are trying to drag from your player avatar instead of the journal tab. While you may only have a single character to control, it is possible for a player to have multiple and thus these entities are separate even though the avatar and name are the same for the character and the player.

Just to make absolutely clear everyone is on the same page....

This issue has been resolved as per GenKitty's post and helpful animation <3. Thanks folks for all your help!

OK.  For the sake of future searchers, care to share what the real issue was?  (If it makes you feel any better, I didn't realize I had to actually install APIs before I could use them, when I first started out ;)  )

A guess:  He was prob grabbing the icon of three horizontal lines in front of the name.  That has caused problems for a number of ppl.
