"Dirty Tricks" Pathfinder

So I'm still new to this whole DnD game, and I've been reading the rules for pathfinder on the website here . Anyway, i was reading through the combat section and found "Dirty tricks". After reading the description i immediately started having thoughts of my own custom dirty tricks i could do ( no pun intended ). Things like a headbutt to the nuts or things like flashing your enemy that would cause them to be blinded!. Me and my friend had a blast making up stupid funny moves that would be funny dirty tricks, which led me to this question. Since this game is mostly only limited by your imagination, would it be appropriate to make up moves like these during the game? because it would be the same generic move with the same roll check, and outcome, but with a twisted description.
You should absolutely make up your own moves, and also reflavor existing moves, for whatever game you're playing.

You should run the moves by your GM to make sure he is ok with the reflavoring. With that said, people reflavor stuff all the time. :)
Yes. You are not limited by what is on your character sheet; you are limited by what is possible in context and genre expectations (e.g. you probably can't shoot an arrow into the moon or whip out a laser gun and vaporize someone). Simply state your action and intent e.g. "I want to kick this orc shaman in the croonies so that he's nauseated and can't cast spells" and then ask the DM to help adjudicate that action for you. Sometimes those mechanics might look suspiciously like your basic attacks in which case all you're doing is reflavoring. I think it's a GM fail if the guy running the game says "You can't do that," but you should be prepared for that response and don't make a thing of it during play (bring it up afterward). Reflavoring can sometimes be a tough sell to a GM of games like this since the fluff and mechanics are not as separable as in other games. But it's worth a shot, and makes the game a lot more fun to play in my view.
