Fold-Out Buttons

What I need is for a way to place notes on my maps without them cluttering my screen when I don't need them. Take for example a city map with several districts. I'd love to place a fold-out button in every district, so that when I need to I can click on it and get some notes on that district. This goes for dungeons as well.
The TokeNotes API may do what you want.  Here is a  thread about it.  You can store notes in the GM Notes field of any token (not on a character sheet, and not if bar 2 is being used, for hit points for example).  When you click on the token, the notes show up beside it.  It's not very configurable, but it's convenient.  You can use a token in the GM layer if you want it hidden, or use a token on the token layer and put an aura on it that is only visible to the GM, so you can recognize it when you want to see your notes.  Notes will be visible to whoever controls the token.
