Nothing is in the Journal

I created a game, using the module for Curse of Stradh, and I opened it up to get the game ready for my players and there's nothing in the journal. I'm new to the whole Roll20 thing, but this seems awfully weird. I also don't have any sort of a PDF to be able to know what's going on... I need help. Please. Dylan, sorry to hear you are having problems. I replied to your post about not finding  Character sheets . If you are not seeing the twenty plus folders then lets take a trip through our troubleshooting guide. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

If you have not already done so, you may want to try exiting the game and going back into the game. A few people have reported the game loading completely after a refresh like that. Also, there have been instances where the game did not completely load. You can try starting another game using the module and see if that one works.

Also ensure nothing has autofilled in the search bar on the journals tab... sometimes my real name gets added there somehow and I have a moment of panic thinking that everything has gone!
