Jail Treatment RPGs

I am a facilitator at our Community Corrections, and am trying to find games that would be conducive to team work, problem solving and critical thinking for my offenders to play. I want to stay away from dungeon crawlers and escape games (for obvious reasons), and I need a game that is light to medium weight, that uses as few resources as possible. Does anyone have any suggestions? King Arthur Pendragon is my current pilot game, but am looking for others as well.  DM or post here. Thank you!
