Sell game to another GM

I really think that if you added option of trading games it could open up a whole world for roll20. If one player could sell a copy of his or her game (with certain permissions that limit how it is used) we would see a whole bunch of "developers" creating games that other players would buy and run without having to start from scratch. People could create their own games and then sell the rights to run the games (but not to re-duplicate). It goes without saying that licsenced products cannot be sold; the content would have to be completly origional or adhere to OGL. I can elaborate more but Ill just leave it open for comments now.
Isn't that what modules on the marketplace are for? At least I believe that would be the intent, but I haven't checked the marketplace to see if you can see custom modules there.
