Can't Drag and Drop to Macro Bar from Character Sheet

Starting last night I have not been able to Drag and Drop actions and stuff from my character sheet to my macro bar. Windows 10 PC. Playing Tyranny of Dragons, not sure if that matters. Steps I've already completed: 1. Disabled Adblock and popup blockers on my primary browser (Vivaldi, Chromium-based) 2. Tried on Edge. (Didn't work.) 3. Installed the latest version of Chrome and tried it with that. (Still didn't work.) 4. Installed the latest version of Firefox and that didn't work as well.

Make sure your character sheets are not popped out in their own window. Make sure that your macro bar is enabled in your settings.

The character sheet does in fact pop out into it's own window. How can I prevent that from happening?

Thanks guys. My issue is resolved. I appreciate the help, I was getting really frustrated.
