Compendium content is tied to your account and as a co-GM you will be able to access this AND use the drag/drop functionality of the compendium to create journal/handouts as usual. Players with compendium unlocks can still view the content but can't create any in the game. In short, for the other DMs to use your resources you'll need to populate the games journal/handouts section with compendium content yourself by dragging it out.
