Drag and drop on 5E Shaped Sheet

I am having difficulty dragging and dropping spells onto a character on the 5E shaped sheet. I got the sheet loaded and spell up on the compendium but as soon as I click on the spell to pick it up, the sheet goes away. What setting do I need to turn on or off? Please help

Make sure the sheet is not popped out to it's own window.

Popped out to its window? I am not sure what you mean... do you full screen? It's not full screen Here is a pre click screen shot, as soon as I click Fireball the sheet window goes away...
