Unable to move items into folders

I am unable to drop items into a folder.  On a rare occasion this works after multiple refreshs and clearing cache. I have no browser extensions or toolbars loaded.  Not working in Firefox or Chrome. Thanks, Thomas

Hi, Thomas . Before we go into technical troubleshooting, could you please confirm that you're following the steps for Reorganizing Journal Items in the wiki? Hover your mouse over the item you wish to move. Grab the "handle" that shows up along the left-side of the item name. Drag the item just below the folder that you want to move it to and then move the file to the right before dropping it in the folder.
