More R & D

Roll20 could be improved greatly by dedicating more resources into their research and development of site features and improving the response-time for implementing community-suggested features.  Far too many really good suggestion/ideas with hundred[s]+ of votes from 1-3 years ago are still sitting uncompleted.  Not only is this a complaint (and it IS), it is also a legitimate suggestion.  Whatever resource allocation model you're using, you should adjust it.  A little less time/money for social media self-promotion and a little more for developing would go a long way to helping Roll20 improve consumer quality, remain competitive, and demonstrate better subscriber-appreciation.  In fact, it is probably the best single decision that could be made by senior management for most improving the game, so I'll risk a censure to make sure it's heard: current R & D is not good enough, period.
Thanks for the suggestion! After 30 days, Suggestions and Ideas with fewer than 10 votes are closed and the votes are refunded to promote freshness. Your suggestion didn't build the right momentum this time, but feel free to submit it again! We find that the best suggestions describe the problem you are having, and the solution you want. You can learn more about the process of making suggestions on the Roll20 Wiki! More details can be found here .
