Teamwork Discussion (OOC)

This thread is for discussing everyone's roles, party cohesion, team tactics and combo attacks, and general strategy.  Since we're still gathering players, it might be good for everyone to introduce their starting characters here, describing your race, class, and the role you hope to fill in the party.
Peep the goblin has a fondness for knives and doesn't expect an equal share of loot. He likes to flank, likes to hide, and can disarm simple traps. He's a team player by necessity, as he's weak. Cunning and heartless, not into confrontation.
Hi, I like to play someone brutal and sadistic. A orcish warrior, I guess.
Sensing Evil Group? Cause I was thinking Manipulator Caster type.
Hey, my apologies for not posting a character concept here yet. I've been pretty busy with my own campaign and IRL stuff. Once I get some time to build my character it shouldn't be a problem anymore due to the play by post nature of this campaign.
'Underground goblin contacts' will work for Peep having some gather information, but garnering trust or people believing him doesn't really seem as likely. A scuttling rogue, brutal warrior, arcanist... we could get the archetypal 4 if stand wanted to be something that can drop healing spells!
Genvissa Serthak is an almost inhumanly beautiful Human that carries themselves as that of a noble, yet they wear far too revealing clothing with no armor at all. They carry with them a cool confidence and their pleasing voice can be as terrifying as it can be seductive. (Roles) Buffer/Debuffer, Blastery Magey Type and potential to be face for the party with a exceptionally high charisma.
What kind of role does the party need?
Right now we've got tank, manipulator/face/artillery, and infiltrator roles covered by the PCs. The NPCs provide limited healing and buffing.  The only major role missing is flexible utility arcanist, though they could also use more healing and buffing (especially from a PC source), so a utility diviner would help too.
We need firestarters and fighters who like to court death. And you will only answer to me. Don't worry about the rest. :-)
make a goblin :D
Our party has gotten a lot bigger , around 14 combatants, Roriks going to start preparing a bless in place of 1 cure light wounds.
Sure, Sounds Good!
Mind you we have lost some in some respects as well. Jack will likely not be regularly accompany the group but only on certain occasions
