You can't change attributes with native macros sorry, this would require the use of the API (a Pro level perk). Then, if the attribute is tied to a token bar then you could use something like TokenMod or AlterBars... otherwise you'd be looking at something like ChatSetAttr to affect any attribute on a character journal.
In a nutshell, macros can't "change" anything (Other than the turn tracker). They can read info and output a result in chat, but that's it. In order to change data, you require the API that Pro accounts have access to.
