uploading from Dungeon paint studio.

I've tried to upload maps I've created in Dungeon painter studio. The first uploaded without issue.  The second just will not upload.  I have a free account and both are and 5 meg. Any ideas ?

How close to 5 MB are we talking? Sometimes an upload won't quite fit if it is right around the limit (5MB per upload on a Free account). Could you save it at a just-slightly smaller file size and try that? Next possibility, if your entire account Quota is full, that can also cause it to fail. This can be checked on your personal account page. If these thoughts don't resolve it, we will pursue some other usual troubleshooting steps.
Also be sure you use the .JPG extension, not .JPEG.

Also, does the map need  to be 5MB? It is probably worth loading it in an image manipulation program and seeing if you can compress it a bit. jpg files can often be reduced in file size a lot without having much noticeable impact in quality. It wont take you long to fill your art asset capacity if you are uploading multiple 5mb files.

Sorry alot of this was down to using the wrong glasses and mixing between pdf jpeg and png late at night.  Misread MB for KB and misplacing the decimal point.  But still have a PDF file just 2.52 Meg that will not load. I can get as far as dropping into the upload box, the loading bar appears, but where as other items start loading straight away, the green bar takes a while to appear and then does not finish.  Any ideas?

PDF isnt a great format to use for this. Can you save the file from Dungeon Painter as a jpg or png instead?
