This does not look like a macro effect [though I could be wrong about that] it looks more like a custom token bar, which would require access to the API [which is a Pro function iirc] and the installation of a special script by the DM

Macros are unable to 'Change' anything (other than turn tracker entries).&nbsp; In order to place a status marker on a token or change any values anywhere you will require a PRO subscription and the API.
