First time running on Roll20 - questions/observations

As the GM of a new game I apologize if some of these questions have been asked or observations made. 1) The show nameplate function on each token's submenu (the checkbox) fails. No player can see the nameplate label. Is that a bug? 2) Moving tokens or images between maps is cumbersome. Is there no 'currently active token bucket' that I can throw them all into and not have to re-fetch every one or copy and paste blocks? It might be a good idea to have a category called token groups and you can link sets of tokens to a group and then single fetch a group. 3) Related but confused. How do I add chosen tokens to the initiative order list? Even if there is a way, it is not intuitive like dragging and dropping the token onto the list or having a button on the list that says 'add selected token to this list'. Further, combine idea 2 above with this one and allow an entire token group to be added to the initiative list. 4) Multiple chat channels would be a great thing or/on a tabbed chat window. Some channels could be set to be whisper content to a journal character or token group as in 2 above. shortcuts name choosing and reduces type issues. 5) When a player's token walks into darkness they should still see it. Their own token only. In order to move it. As is I have to reveal it. Could/should be coded as a sight aura for that player alone to see, where radius = 0 means they can only see their token and nothing of the underlying map. 6) I am sometimes unable to see the little microphone icon on the video/player avatar (at large size), I have video and voice or Voice only set. Sometimes I see is and sometimes not. The Video/Audio chat text is set to Flash or WEbRTC. 7) macros need token associations to be toggled yes.no so that the macro slider always has global macros + any macros associated ONLY with that token. In such a way the number of macros shown at any one time can be reduced drastically and this is sorely needed. 8) jukebox files could me made to play via a macro-able command allowing special effects noises on player powers. 9) My entire character journal list vanishes every now and then and I have to refresh the campaign. I am guessing that is a known bug. Thats a good start. More next time I run ...

1) There are two boxes that control whether the name is shown and to who. The first box is on the "Basic" tab and will determine whether the name is showing at all. If this is checkmarked the GM will see the name. The second box is on the "Advanced" tab and will determine if players can see the name. For a player to see the name both boxes must be checkmarked. 2) You can select multiple tokens at a time and copy them all at once when moving them between pages. Either hold down the shift key as you select multiple tokens or drag a selection box over multiple tokens and then copy the group. Alternately, you can set up a token in a character sheet and then drag them the character sheet to the table. 3) Select the token or tokens, right click and select "Add Turn". Alternately, after selecting the tokens you can hit Ctrl+U. Finally, players can add their own tokens to the Turn order by selecting a token and using the command: &{tracker}. Example: /roll 1d20 &{tracker} 5) A recent change to Roll20 has made it so a player can see the token even when it is in an area of black due to Fog of War or Dynamic Lighting. If your players cannot see their tokens in an area obscured by Fog of War please file a bug report so we can troubleshoot that. 6) This sounds more like bug report territory, if there is a problem please file a bug report. 7) Macros are universal while Abilities are per token and will do what you want. 4 and 8) These sound like a suggestion, please post them in the suggestion forum. 9) This sounds like a bug, please post a bug report with a screenshot of the problem so we can see what is going on.
Thanks Gauss, still processing all that. Further issue, one of the players gifted me some support coin. Curious why that did not raise the level to supporter. I think that was the intent.
I play that game and cannot see my token in the Fog of War.
