Hello there, person who's clicked on my post! If you're reading this, you've decided to take the important first step of showing interest in recruiting a new player for one of your games! Good on you! We here at FrissTech value employees who show initiative! Now, we're going to need you to do a lot of reading for the next few minutes, so buckle in! Hang in there, though—there will be cake at the end. Silliness aside, as it says on the tin I've been looking for an online game of D&D 3.5, Shadowrun 4th edition, or Pathfinder that can be played on Wednesdays. Possibly early morning on Mondays, too, but that would need to be discussed. I specify these versions because these are the version I have access to the rules for. If you for whatever reason like me enough that you'd like to insist I play another edition of any of the above games, rulebooks or whatever necessary resource to learn those editions will need to be provided by you. So I'm not saying I'm unwilling to touch the horror that is 4th edition D&D (but really, who is?), just that I can't right now. :3 Pathfinder I can play because as far as I'm aware the rules for it are all posted online, and I played a short-lived campaign of it once. Shadowrun is my absolute favorite game, though. Anyways, about me! I am a college graduate and have been playing games and RPGs for most of
my life, so I have a large pool of game knowledge and experience to
draw on. My name, as you can plainly see, is right above this post! You can call me that, or Friss, Frissy, Frissu, Frissafriss, Weird Cat Lady, or whatever moniker you come up with. I don't really mind! If for some reason I do mind, I will quickly let you know with a casual violent malleting. No worries there! :3 I'm also a nice person who likes hugs. So that's a plus! Downside is, I do not have a mic or camera and I will not get one . Requiring that I get either for a game is a deal-breaker. I'm sorry, I'm not budging on this. Games played via text work out better, in my experience, because people aren't constantly talking over each other (which inevitably devolves into shouting matches), and nobody gets their actions in the game overlooked. So if you're hosting a text-only game, you're already awesome in my book and I want to subscribe to your newsletter. :D I won't say no to joining a mixed voice and text game, so long as what I type doesn't go ignored during the game. I've had a bad experience with that. Anyways, I'm shooting for wednesday games at any time, mostly because that's almost always my day off from work. Not always , but usually. If the guy doing schedules gets weird I may miss a session once in a while. I'm sure you know how that goes, being that's the cost of needing to make money for a living. D: So, send me a PM if you'd like to talk to me about your game! I'll be happy to hear from you! :3 P.S. Not sure why most of the posts here are tagged 'LFG' in front of the title... I mean, this is the LFG Forum after all. That's inherent. >_> There's even posts that start with "[LFG] Looking for..." o_O *facepalm* P.P.S. *Cake!*
