Token Creators

I've been using TokenTool to make my tokens, but i'm starting to get tired of the borders that it has. See, I'm one of those people that like the borders to match the characters. So I was wondering if anyone knew of something like TokenTool that either a) has a large selection of borders or b) lets you upload your own borders onto the tokens? I don't have Photoshop (nor the money to get it) so I can't create them that way. I've tried using an online editor similar to PS and TokenTool together, but my tokens end up with a pink square around them. Thanks for any help (and if this is the wrong forum for this questions, I'm sorry)

This is probably outside the scope of the Roll20 forums, however, I'll recommend GIMP as a solid free alternative to photoshop to do what you want.

Hello, you can use paint.net (also free) which is a bit easier to use in my opinion and powerful enough to handle your purpose.

Edit: Those are... a lot bigger than I thought they would be! You can upload borders to TokenTool by selecting File->Manage Overlays. You just have to make sure that the outside square (the bit that will be transparent) is filled with pink (#ff00ff or Red: 255, Green: 0, Blue: 255). Here are a couple I've made (for SKT and PotA):
