Trying to Host a game but the game is not being listed on join games section even though its listed as "looking for players active"

My friend is trying to host an dnd 5e campaign but we havent been getting players for multiple weeks now, however we found out that the game is simply not being listed on the join games section of roll 20 we tried to relaunch the game and changing the settings of it but it still says "looking for players active" but not being listed.

Make sure that the campaign has a future date set for "next game" portion of the listing. If the date is blank or if the date listed has already passed, it will not show up in the join game section.

Once you have the date set, it could take up to an hour for the server to sync. List the name of the campaign so someone can search for it here.
